The primary treatment modalities I use are Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed CBT, and Narrative Therapy. I draw from Gottman principles and Emotionally-Focused Therapy for work with couples. I am an in-network provider with most UnitedHealthcare and Aetna insurance plans. Superbills can be provided for individuals who want to seek out-of-network reimbursement from insurance companies on their own. I do offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces but all are full at this time. Please note, I am only licensed in the state of Oregon and can only provide counseling services to Oregonians. Additionally, I only treat clients age 18 and older. I offer weekly or every-other-week appointment spaces to new clients.
