If you have insurance, calling the phone number on your insurance card is usually an effective way to get a list of in-network providers who will be covered by your plan.
If you are uninsured or underinsured, Behavioral Health Support Line is a resource for Oregonians that can provide 24/7 immediate emotional support, as well as offer up to four free telehealth counseling sessions, and referrals to long-term providers. This is a service provided by Lines for Life, a Portland-based nonprofit.
